Earl McPhee was employed with The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism for some thirty-five years and retired as Director of International Relations and Sustainable Economic Development. He travelled extensively representing The Bahamas globally at various tourism organization including the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO); Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO) and the Association of Caribbean States (AECS). Upon retirement from The Ministry of Tourism he established his travel agency as a Travel Advisor in 2019 to provide exceptional travel experiences to his discerning clients. He has developed and accompanied his clientele to destinations in the Middle East; Europe, South America; Africa; South East Asia.
